The lady who looked after me was excellent - very helpful The only downside was that despite taking out everything I was offered when purchasing the vehicle - I still had to spend £274 on this visit.

I was surprised that someone drove my car to the service bay and back onto the forecourt but didn't flag there was a visible vertical crack in the middle of my windscreen (there was a fault in the glass).

I wouldnt even give you 1 star. Absolutely disgraceful level of service. I booked a pit stop service, once I arrived I was told that you could not do a pit stop and I would have to collect my car at 5pm. The price quoted was not honoured.

Centre staff and the centre as a whole was great, but I was quoted 3 prices for the service required via the Mini website, App and then dealer site and the app and mini website wouldn't let me book the service I had to use the dealer site.

I arrived late as I needed roadside assistance to top my battery up. Upon arrival, my replacement battery was fitted very quickly allowing me to get away.

The service i recieved from mini has been amazing.Staff kept me well informed on a daily basis and went above and beyond to help me. I was given a loan vehicle throughout the length of time my car was in for repairs and even completed more work.

I was very disappointed to find out that the part that they needed for my car had not been proactively ordered after my car being in for 3 days and within 24hrs the fix had not worked & my car was rebooked for over xmas and new year and still not fix
